How Much Do I Charge?
Unlike a lot of "private" engineers, my prices reflect the fact that I am independantly CORGI registered, insured and pay my taxes.
Most works are priced on the day, so I have compiled the core prices to which I base my estimates and quotations; as you can see, I am completely open about the amount I charge for my work.

| Modern day boiler safety test: | £40.00 |
| Powerflushing (Weekends only): | £350+ |
| Boiler swaps (Weekends only, labour quoted): | £400+ |
| Cooker installation: | £50.00 |
| Supply & fit a carbon monoxide alarm: | £50.00 |
| No access to the property: | £30.00 |
| Late payments: | £15.00 |
All materials are uplifted by 10% to cover travelling to/from suppliers. If you do not have parking at the property, you may be charged parking fees, for resident only and restricted parking areas (London in particular) where no permit is available, I reserve the right to charge a £35.00 fee to cover the cost of parking tickets.
